The transaction is carried out under the Italian flat-rate tax regime and is not subject to VAT or withholding tax. Any applicable stamp duty will be added to the invoice.

Optional Image Publication Release

This choice is independent of the photography agreement. Withholding consent does not affect the performance or price of the photography service.

The Clients authorise Silvia Roli to use a selection of photographs depicting them in her professional portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, competitions, editorial publications, promotional materials and professional presentations, with due regard for the dignity and reputation of the people portrayed and without disclosing unnecessary personal information.

Consent may be withdrawn for future use by written notice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of use made before receipt of that notice and cannot guarantee the withdrawal of materials already printed, distributed or published by independent third parties. Where required, a separate authorisation from the person exercising parental responsibility will be obtained for recognisable images of minors.
